You got those wheels for $100? Or did you leave a 0 off the end.

Yep, that's my friend Sean's car built by Hank Iroz (also a good friend and will be the source of many parts for this build).
Here's the article:

It made 580awhp (~725 crank hp) with E85 on a conservative tune.

No new progress on my car, but Hank did some more tuning. 648whp/612wtq on E85 with an HTA3582r, boost at 36psi peak tapering to 32psi. As you can see, the car desperately needs cams as the power really tapers towards 7krpm....cams are still under development though. Hell, by the time I'm ready for them they'll probably be release!

Nothing new really, but the 968 is now in it's new rental home. 15'x45' 'RV' garage/shop. There's also another 24'x22' ordinary 2-car garage that the Merc and VW are occupying. Still moving stuff, so no progress for a bit.

Love your build here!

Do you have any tip to where I can get my hands on an 07k engine from someone that would ship it to Norway? Including ECU and engine harness/wiring?

Is there any year/models of the 07k that are more robust than others, if we keep in mind that since I'm from Norway, I need to turbocharge the s**t out of it

Yes, my English could be better

Cheers!

German car tuning math....

therefore, by your reasoning, a 1200 hp LS3 is also a conservative tune.

I'm heading to the safety of the nearest bomb shelter the day I hear your idea of anything ranging from not conservative~max power tune.

still, please don't take my dry post as a slight. I like the I-5 idea, and the work you've put in....

looking forward to seeing the finished car.

Talk to Hank Iroz at Iroz Motorsports. He's sent several of these engines overseas already.
