Starting to get a good idea of restriction magnitudes on the intake track (at 1 Bar intake boost measured at the intake):

Intercooler Inlet Pipe: 0.5 psi

Intercooler (modified Stock Unit): 2.2 psi

Intercooler Outlet Pipe: 0.3 psi

Throttle Body (slight modded stock): 1.3 psi

Not sure how much it would get me. The outlet is already larger. The inlet really pinches down as shown below. Amazing that the TB is 1.3 psi. That is about 60% of the drop across the IC. I have a mustange 65 mm TB I will be attempting to install in the next week. Be interesting to see how that works out.

This weekend I will intall an unmodified stock inter-cooler and get an idea if this IC mod is effective

Really just trying to understand the effectiveness of different mods to ultimately have the best power band possible.

That is going to look awesome.. what size ? be sure and check for rubbing at full lock on the front wheels. I test fit 275/40x17 on 9" Cup2 wheels and found I rubbed at the rear of the front wheel at full lock on the car body

Thanks David. Fronts are 255/40R17, Rear are 275/40R17. I thought the 255's were wide on the front, amazing you got 275's squeezed in.

That's the thing.. I didn't had to much rub at full lock... 255/40 should be good just check close for rubbing

Agreed, it looks WAY wider than my 265/35/18's. What width rim is it on? It'll be nice to finally have traction I bet!

9" fronts, 10" in rears, I think the tires make them look wider
