The V3 has a much more pronounced lip and should be more functional at providing downforce (by preventing air from going under the car). Did I get that right Patrick?

Yes sir, that is correct...and thanks for picking up my slack. It is sometimes hard to respond during the day when at my real job.

I am surprised that no one has asked why there is no V2.....or is there.....

OK, I'll bite, what about a V-2 for N/A cars???? I have a V-1, and it is going on in the morning, but now will need a V-2... No V-3 for me right now...

And while on a rant, where are the V-3 mounted pics??????

Here's another suggestion for the V3.

How about a 1" wide x1/16" thick metal scrub plate along the front lower edge of the V3. That way when it scrapes, it doesn't tear up the plastic. Rather it "wears down" the steel.

The steel should be replaceable.

You know me and the thinkin's.... :-)

Actually, we are not far apart on this one. I have been using some HD rubber edging on mine.

Let me see what I can dig up in the next few weeks along the lines of some steel trim.

Also, shoot me a dimension of what you want cut for the underbelly and I'll try and have it done by next Friday.

Thanks

I'll get you the dimensions of the additional "underbelly pan" but there's no real hurry. I'm on the track this weekend (loading the car up tomorrow). After that the next "real" track event won't be until March.

Do you mean April?

I can measure my belly pan, if you need. There are cutouts in it, which I assume vent air through? (Air passing through the radiator venting to the low pressure under the car...)

I received my V3 yesterday. The bumper cover was off for some minor repairs. We put the V3 on while the cover was off and all wholes lined up nicely. The lower edge of the cover does not alignment on passenger side, but I think that it may be massaged when the cover is bolted on. If not, we'll make it work V3 looks good. Hopefully gets a test in 3-4 weeks.

Guys,

Finally....the quick links will be picked up today. I'm driving down to get them (7.5 hrs round trip), as he has told me over and over he was shipping them....honestly, I think he just finished them yesterday. I understand it was a small order for them, but damn.

Either way, I'll start getting these together Sunday night (I have a soccer tourney all weekend) and out all next week. I appreciate everyone's patience...not one complaint, or imploding my PM/E-mail...THANK YOU.

I will also be doing the $50 refunds at the same time, as these are all listed together.

Thanks to everyone for the interest and the support,

MANIACS....PLEASE READ!

You will need to use the supports when run at high speeds. This unit creates CRAZY amounts of downforce and will need to be properly supported as per the website pics, when used at high track speed(s). The amount of downforce is sufficient to literally rip your front air dam in two.

Supports are going out this week for original orders, and those who opted for the refund may wish to reconsider. I'll hold off until Thursday, unless you direct me otherwise.
