Great pull, Jim.

It's not a four-banger.....it's a bangin' four.

It is still my contention that the MLS steel gasket gives lateral support to the alusil sleeves when torqued.

My head flows 243 cfm @28in/hg@.5" on the intake.
My exhaust flow is very, very good now for a turbo head.
I would put my exhaust flow against any turbo head in the world that retains the ceramic.
Thanks for the info. That comment on the cometics are nice to hear.

Good job Carlos, Thanks for taping everyones runs! It was nice to meet all you guys and put faces to screen names. Its a shame more people didn't come up as it was a good time. Perhaps ST can host some more of these.(if his wife lets him)

Coming from the other thread, if you have another get-together (from the sound of it), I would come up if I'm free and invited. I'm never in the 951 corner, maybe I'll have to look more often.

Raise the CR to help suppress Detonation, LOL

Congrats Tool, now go get yourself a proper Boost controller

In fact, at 4000, most are over 300 ft lbs to the wheels, 100 ft. lbs higher than your current powerplant configuration. It's really not the final compression ratio that gives a turbo motor it's huge advantage over a NA motor. Raising the static compression (and keeping the same final compression ratio) will actually make less power.

tommo, just out of curiosity have you ever had yours dyno'd? I'm wondering what you came up with having similar mod's to mine. PM me if you'd rather.
