Thnks, I'll need it... I right now actually not in the near vicinity of my car or garage, and I can't recollect the clearings, but I'll post them when I'm back home.
It's VEMS. You will get larger write-up about it when all bugs are killed.

Piston to sleeve clearance is 0.0055 inch = 0.1397 millimeter.
I have finally killed the last big bug. I bought an oscilloscope and immediatelly noticed that reference sensor's polarity was incorrect. Now engine revs beautifully, and I've adjusted afterstart, warm-up, and acceleration enrichments and idle settings. it's winter -sort of- here, so tuning starts at April.

I actually am using a WideFire HG, the MLS didn't keep cylinder pressure out of the cooling system. I'm going to find out how much boost WFHG can handle.

Three Wheelin'
Chris described it to me as you want some compliance in your block/stud/head/gasket sandwich. A regular fibrous gasket is best with the MID and ARP studs, a MLS in that application may have sealing problems as Pete mentioned. I think the MLS works better with stock blocks/studs as those function as the "squish" in that sandwich.
I'll actually have to splice two gaskets together to make mine, as I have a 2.5L based block (water passage), but need the 3.0L based gasket for the 104mm bores.

Just buy a 104mm 3.0l WFHG and cut out the water passage area. Then go and buy a suitable general purpose gasket sheet, thickness selected so that you can make a sandwich of same thickness with WFHG. "Glue" the sandwich together with a GOOD gasket glue/goo/whateverit'scalled , like Hylomar on this side of the pond, press and let it settle to check again the thickness. Then cut it to required shape and install with WFHG. Just for extra sealing you can use again that Hylomar around the water passage, but only there...
