...a.k.a. how things got out of the hands. I was just planning to change bearings and gaskets, and this is where I ended...

Are those Darton sleeves and what is the info on the head gasket? Looks like coolant routing has been modified.

Mine is still going on it's over a year now spending about 2k a month. It's prudent to say I am addicted it's cheaper to be REAL drug addict..

Few details:

turbo 2,5l block
Darton MID sleeves
JE 104mm pistons
S2 crankshaft
turbo conrods
piston oil squirters machined into block
I-J crank scraper/windage tray
N/A head
ARP head studs
Cometic MLS gasket
new gaskets, bearings, belts, rollers, water pump
all hardware fresh plated or new
powdercoated this and that

The finest 951 in Finland gets even better

Pete has done incredible job again, those pictures does not show the overal quality of this buildup. Not to speak about what there will be....

Nice idea on the piston squirters too. Not much room on a 2.5L block from what I believe.
