sorry bothering you but maybe you can advise me regarding a PS issue I have. I saw that you contributed in a PS thread, thus Im writing you!

My name is Stephan (Sweden) and I just resealed my rack.
Back on the car the feel is different: it´s harder to turn. Ive so far tried with front jacked up, but if I feel a noticeably difference. Before turning with front up was almost effortless, but not now.

Im quite sure I assembled the seals correct (took pictures of the reassembly), I have no leaks today when powered up.
The only thing I can think of which was outside "normal" was when I was to install the "ball bearing" washer (sits between the brown plastic ball bearing and the washer just under the tower lid).
It didnt drop easily to place but I had to hit it in ...
