Pete,

Please keep us updated as to how your car is doing with the MID sleeves and your J&E pistons. I am very interested in hearing how your project turns out. Looks like you've got some nice goodies under the hood Good luck with your break in.

Thanks, I will keep you posted! I'll make a video if and when the idle is properly adjusted.

Default The video.

This is the first outing of my car since OCT '06. Runs, but not properly, Speed and reference signals have some noise causing misfires over 2.5krpm, but it can be cured.

And ISV is disconnected, settings are TBD....

Nice looking car , the engine compartment pics are about as clinical as one can get .
Does sounds Like you have too much timing belt tension.

No, video just changes the sound. I have heard Pete's car in live several times and belts are OK.

Finnish Javelin world champion Tero Pitkamaki is a more worthy winner than the 28-year-old Ferrari WDC Kimi Raikonen. Finnish Sport Journalists Association
A.Wayne,
actually Kimi was third after Javelin World champion Pitkamaki and three times World champion skier Virpi Kuitunen...

Thanks! Actually the belts could be slightly less tensioned as they were before I had to pull the head. I haven't yet used the tool, because I'll change the cam wheel soon.

I hate you and you're absolutely badass interior! Congrats on getting it back on the road, I've always loved what you've done to that car!

I wish you the best of luck with this Pete. Very nice looking car. I'd be interested in what clearances you are running between piston and sleeves? What ems are you using?
