Hey Mike,
I have that vent if you still need it. Its yours for the price of shipping, just send me a PM.
Oh, and I promise not to send it to you in pieces over the course of several weeks

Yes, I was the original guy to get my dash done in Alcantara by Rob. It's great! We're working on a door panel design as I type
Thanks, I'll be in touch.

Looks great mike! I guess I missed when you painted it white on the inside. That dash looks amazing, Rob def. makes some great pieces. Is that the Tilton brake setup with the remote cylinder?

Nope, the Tilton stuff is mega pimp, but it's all stock stuff minus the pedal covers which are either FVD or EvoMS pieces (I cant remember). They are actually for 996/997's. Spec flywheel is here, and got my splitter back from a friend who was reinforcing it with carbon kevlar. Might have some pics later.

are you making a whole new door panel or just modifying the stock ones? Im really liking the white interior, makes it look clean.
BTW is that sparco wheel a 353? how did you get around not having a horn?

Yes, model number 353, 330mm wheel. Modifying the stock door panels, they will be very similar to Pete's, except black, and with alcantara and manual windows.
I'm not sure what your last question means, how did I get around not having a horn?

That's an iffy question.
Let's say in terms of legality the car is street legal "ish". For it to be 100% street legal it would need the 3 point harnesses put back in, a horn, a catalytic converter and the ride height brought up about 4 inches.

Was going to get the engine in, but remembered that I never finished the balance shaft delete. Ooops! Better now then a week from now with it in the car going oh $#@*
So some extremely light gauge aluminum was cut up and covered with JB... err Epoxy.... It'll do the job.
Clutch stuff waiting go on. Spec 5# flywheel showed up, undamaged this time
Changed the damn bearings on the clutch release, getting them in was easy, getting them out... major PITA.
Bling bling. Not just mocked up anymore, it's on the car.
Got my splitter back from Josh (lafengas), all reinforced with carbon where it normally falls aparts and splits open.
See:
Little overview of the current mess. Hopefully the engine will go back in tomorrow
