haha nah I dont want that.

Thats why I made a call to a buddy of mine. Hopefully he can get up there before they close and take some pics of the car as it sits right now.

I have to say its just pure sex on wheels man. In the rear because the 968 bumper is wider and how the body lines connect up top its just really different. I mean it kind of squats now and just looks mean.

I mean its really b-e-a-utiful

Thanks honestly I didnt know what to expect when I started this hole project over two months ago. There havent been that many conversions done..and the ones that were done had NO PROGRESS PICS. No one knew how it need to be cut/where/how much fabrication was required/ect.

So we were pretty much in the dark. I dont think anyone will be in the dark anymore.

he is coaking up the fender wheels today I think. He is also laying some of that thick glued on sheet stuff(you know the stuff on the rear hatch area that is visable when you lift off that rear carpet assembly) and he will coak that inside between the rear lights on the rea-bar and he says that will prevent fumes from coming up into the cabin from the rear.

He also still had the left fender wheel to seal up but, thats pretty much it. It was on and just about done. It looks incredable. I know I keep saying that but, damn I had no idea it was going to look this good.

When paint finally hits it I will prolly need to change my underwear

thanks I came pretty close to pulling the trigger on it.

Now that im keeping it I plan on dumping another 20k or so into it to make it perfect.

on the docket for 06' is 968 side skirts,mirrors,door handles,splitter,18inch wheels with atleast 10.5inch wide rears,VR stage 3,WS,wideband,3inch dp,new bearings,seals,VR head&possible cam combo.

I hope 20k is enough to cover all of that. I was in the process of buying another car outside of the marque but, now i will have to wait as the 951 will demand most of my attention in 06.

Hopefully my pics friday will be on the completed car without paint. The car should be done next week with paint no excuses.
