It's under way.... I sent Machtig a little file describing it.... and I don't think he got disappointed. Or what do you say,Andy..?
Edit: By the way...I'm just rambling....heed me no notice...then I will go away... ...and...I'm not talking much...I have barely a few hundred posts here. Maybe it's the things I say..?

250/250 from 1mm to 1mm, slope separation angle 110
1mm - 1mm counts.

Took my baby to the track first time, and had to turn down the boost to avoid going sideway's. My suspension needs to be sorted out because of this:
http://www.zone.ee/ebcCUP2/photos/photo6.html. I have Coni Coilovers in the front, but shock absorbers are soft inisde. Can anyone reccomend decent suspension what could be used on the track/street.
Option one: replace the shocks inside of front coilovers, buy Koni Rear Cup Kit, and upgrade front and rear sway bars (weltmeister)
Option two : Buy Bilstein Escort cup kit, and upgrade front and rear sway bars.
Is there a big difference between Koni and Bilstein.
Any other brands you can reccomend?
Should I also replace all bushings?
And when I put my dyno sheet up I told that I am big rich on top end, check this out:

I hate how much bodyroll I have at the moment.

..because we're busy driving the cars
Seriously, the Leda setup is awesome and I'm going to buy a setup for my street car too.
I don't doubt that the Bilstein setup is good, but after you get used to having 24 points adjustable shocks I could never do a non adjustable setup.

Olli, are you happy with your Konis becasuse I have 1/1 setup as yours (if I remeber correctly), what just needs rebuilt. There is a difference 200 Euros over 1300 dollars.
Car is being used mostly on street. And driving in streets of Tallinn (capital of Estonia) really feels like you are driving on the MOON, so I have to compromise here.

I have a rebuilt koni M030 setup right now and it's way to soft for the track.
On the racecar (it's actually still a streetcar, but built for trackdays) we use 550/650 lbs springs without torsion bars.
For the street car (that will be built as an allround warrior) I'm probably going for 400/500 springs, no torsion bars, 968 M030 sway bars, new bushings everywhere.
Let me know in private if you are interested in a setup this winter, perhaps I can arrange something for you with Leda.

Markus,
get rid of the tosion bars, and get coil-overs - there are many brands, we have Intrax (yes, in the land that makes Koni's), but I have heard good feedback from folks that have Moton (more expensive), Leda, JRZ.
For track use, you will have to have pretty strong springs - in addition we have double adjustable shockers with remote reservoirs, so you can set bound and rebound separately.
Another thing - I forget whether your car has a limited slip diff, if it does not, this makes quite a difference accelerating out of corners; if it does, it pays to get it rebuilt - ours had a LSD, but when it was rebuilt over the winter, it was much more effective. Better would be to get a Quaife or similar.
Tires - our car is running 10" -wide 18 wheels, with 265 slicks on front, and 285 in the rear. We found that this combination works best from grip point of view. Depending on the track, we run 4 degrees negative camber up front, and around 3 degrees at the rear.
When you sort the mechanical grip, you will have fun sorting the aerodynamics (when you do high speed tracks such as Spa).
Hope this helps - I realize that for our car, things are probably different - it only sees tracks in Europe.
Kind regards
Ron
