I got the sleeves from kompany who did the installation. The reason why i stick with aluminium sleeve is that i did not want to replace all of them and the others where Ok.

Update:

Car is now been repainted, I had engine doors hood whole interior removed. It looks pretty cool.

My cilinder head got new intake valves wich are 48mm in diameter and with 8mm shaft. I had some mild port job done in intake - diameter now is 43,5 (41mm in stock) I need stiffer valve springs and best price was offered me by Jon Milledge, but he is not returning my calls or e-mails, anybody know what what is the problem with this guy? I did some calculation and seems that I need valvesprings with 165 pound of seat pressure, stock ones are 130 pound, and as I am going to run nearly 28 psi, I think this should do?

Camshaft I choosed for now is custom made and its profile is smth similar to 274 grind so its not anything that agressive!

Also I runned laste year same amount of boost with non-wide fire head gasket, do I need to change the head studs's? There was no leaks or any signs of boost lifting the head off the block.

I also bought new leather interior with "sport" seat option on both sides. Seat back's are also with natural leather, also rear seats are natural leather ones with separate seat back adjustment. I also got 10 speaker stero system with interior, anybody know, do I need some special amplifier to run those speakers or can I just plug them into my non-stock CD player?

I ordered bunch of stuff frome 944 online for my engine:
Front engine gasket set
Head Gasket kit with wide fire option
Lower engine seal kit
Std Piston rings
Main Bearing
Rod Bearings

I also got Rarst con-rods from 86 yearmodel car with new rod-bolts. They are claimed to be good for 725 nm in ST car, they should also do for me..
Pistons are rod's are now balanced to 0.01 grams. Also I had my crank balanced with flywheel, front pulley's. Hopufully this engine will stay together.

How are you guy's usually do the break in in those cars? First 1500 km with differnet loads, not more than 4000 rpm and some 0,7-0,9 bar of boost? Oil change after that and thats it? Can you start pusching the limits after that?

I am also concidering of building new custom intake manifold with velocity stacks and with diffuser. I will designe it during the same time as I am doing the break int with my stock manny.

I bought NA intake manny witch has same flange as turbo. NA manny will be cut into pices to change the angle of the runner, to be ported and welded together after that!. The plan is to install 46mm full radius trumpets, with will be welded on top of the stock runners. Plenum size will be 4.1 liters + diffuser. I have not seen diffuser type of manifold used on 951, so if anyone have any good info how it should be designed, let me know. I have a good welder, basic knowledge but no experience, so If anyone is more experienced here please do not hesitate to comment and make suggestions to my plan..

To give you some idea what this intake manny will look like, the one you see here is for Audi 10 and 20 valve turboengine:

Hmmm, double chamber design. Should help balance
out flow to each cylinder more effectively

it was originally shampagne metallic, then violet/blue (dont know the pain code exactly) and now its orange (non metallic). What you guy's think of the wheel colour solution? Is it too 80's? I personally think it's really porsche style, but I have had several opinons here they spilt allmost 50/50.

Does anyone have wire diagram for original speaker system. When I bought new interor with sportseats i also got 10 speaker sterea system.

Rear speakers are 6,5 + twiiter + crossover (built into the 6.5 speaker)

Front ones are 5" AND 3" + tweeter on upper doors but I cannot find a place where to stick tweeter wire. I thought that 5" and 3" combo have input fo tweeter but only wires on that area are the speaker outoput to amp, no input for tweeter?

front left speakers (3" & 5") = one wire to amp

Front left tweeter = one wire to amp
front right speakers (4" & 5") =one wire to amp
Front right tweeter = one wire to amp
Rear left speakers (6"+ twiiter) = one wire to amp
Rear right speakers (6"+ twiiter) = one wire to amp

Markus,

there should be a 3-way crossover box. So wiring should go something like:

From amp to crossover and from there one set of wires for each speaker.

Here's a pic
