Default Vitesse Stage II or Lindsey Racing 340rwhp kit

Title pretty much says it all

Lindsey racing kit comes with more "stuff" - maf, wastegate, exhaust...

basically what is the general concensus on these upgrades? what tuner are the 951 owners going to for engine upgrades - who makes the better kit?

Do you need a cam for the 340rwhp?

If so I would get a testpipe, waste gate, Stage 2 and call it a day.

Whats the price difference vrs parts etc..?

Vitesse racing offers you the opportunity to finetune yourself (see piggy back).
The point is, 55 lb injectors are sold seperately but needed to run the kit (who ever that understands). Next question is, new goodie from vitesse electronic boost control with map sensor - pardon me? Why does vitesse not swap completely to map (why do I still need a MAF)?
Somehow vitesse kits dont need a new or dual port waste gate - but how are they going to get higher boost levels if they dont have a dual port waste gate?
And last but not least vitesse just did rise prices - arround 400 USD I guess (maybe wrong).
Questions over questions...

Stage 2 MAP kit, TO4E Turbo, 65-lb/hr Delphi injectors, boost gauge, Link A/F gauge , and instructions. And oh yeah, Free shipping.

I made 338.4 RWHP at low 17psi. Show me a kit that can do that with a stock engine

Reserch the Lindsey kit as I've read about people having trouble acheiving the advertised numbers. They are just selling the Kokeln kit.

Don't worry, I'm sure someone paid for that shipping, just not you.

As for a kit that can do that with a stock engine, just do a search. There are lots of kits doing that.

Vitesse is one of the better ones In my own opinion.

My K27/8, 55#'s, MAF, ARC-2 and horrid chips makes 331 at 18psi, 329tq too! Once I get the fuel cleaned up I should be able to see 340-350. I'll know soon since my Viesse chips are ready. It really dosn't take a whole lot to make 350hp. With the options out there.. 400 should be the target if you are willing to spend a hair over $3000. (dyno tuning seperate, of course)

I can't say enough about John, he's willing to talk you through things to make sure it's correct. If you have a problem, 9-10 times he'll make time to talk with you. Service must also be thougth about when you buy products you know you'll have questions about.

Show me a way to get that kit sent to me in less than 6 months without legal intervention! See the other posts about Guru for the last, oh, year or so.

Go with Vitesse. The service alone is worth the price, as well as the tuneability. Find another tuner with more real fans than Vitesse. Good luck!
