regarding post 1373 above: Q: Has this car been repainted ? the little holes that hold the rear spoiler just below the rear qtr windows must have been filled in. These holes are not visible in your pics ? TIA T A: The car looks like original paint, not sure if it was ever repainted. The holes I put tabs on them... have not had them filled.

Thank goodness he didn't use the words "barn find"

If I were close by, these would be worth the look especially the 79

I always wonder if the first owners of these cars would have ever imagined that their pride and joy would end up stacked on a wood pile with garden hoses lying on top

According to this you could own #244 from 1978 with MT and Pasha for $1k: https://valdosta.craigslist.org/cto/5891846263.html
(given there are no photos I wonder if 'charcoal' description refers to fire rather than paint).

16" phone dials and H4 lights are worth more than $1k if you live locally. Was the pic taken with a flip motorola phone?

I dunno, based on the amount of tire showing, I think those are 15". No rub strips, no sunroof, though. If it was local to me, I'd take a look.
