I just looked through the timing belt service record. It’ll need to be 1/2-redone: tensioner wasn’t serviced.

The $1400 part of the bill to replace the two PS reservoir hoses is why all the “rennlist” 928 professionals buy two supply lines (and one Gemi clamp) and cut the middle out of the second one to replace just the rubber section of the cooler line rather than buy the Porsche part that is the entire cooler.

IDK, this one just doesn't look that well loved to me. Plus, those white tone interiors are a b*thc to get clean and keep looking clean. They end up just looking tired in so many cases. There seems to a fair amount of rust underneath too. Will be interesting to see where this goes. Mid-50's would be a high point IMHO.

That one shows pretty typical corrosion underneath for a 928 that wasn’t driven only on dry warm days and wasn’t garaged with temperature and humidity control. I would call it on the light side of normal.

What is more disturbing to me is the reported rust on the exterior.

The Black over Light Grey 94 on BAT is a nicely optioned GTS but has a real need for a glass out re-paint and some work/parts to clean up the underside.

The quarter windows have to come out for sure and the re-paint gives the opportunity to delete the rub strips...

This auction should give someone the chance to acquire a real live GTS at a reasonable price.

Do not like seeing this kind of crust... C-mon guys, somebody - save this beauty!

This one is beautiful. Not quite as nice as Kermit but I really dig the all-green interior. Reminds me of Andrew's #1 car but without the Pasha. And at $62K, while a big ask, with only 51K miles and being a 5-speed, this may seem like a bargain in the near future.

Something doesn't look right with the color on the front clip. Looks to be a completely different shade of green...
