I like my Hankooks V12's a lot! So much so that, after destroying a front pair during a few track days, I just replaced them with same ( and swapped to dedicated Nitto's for track days)

Thanks Ken, glad to hear it. They've gotten rave reviews from the Ferrari crowd too!

I don't put that many miles on my 928, so they should last a couple of years for me.

looks very classy, with a quite retro look as a bonus. Now I wonder what that would look like on "Minerva blue" ?.

I have 'slightly used' tank strap and cover for sale. Only driven in the snow 'occasionally'

Tony, the new emblem looks CLASSY!

Martinss, is that from salt-treated roads? We in the south have wet weather but it hardly ever freezes so no salt....they just gravel the bridges and that has its own paint dmagae hazard.

Wasn't cheap i will say that, but Merry Xmas to me.

I saw a similar version on Keith Widoms White GTS a few years ago and mentally book marked it. Loved when i saw it then as well.

Staying on topic...So far i havent done anything with my car today..Raining outside.

Yes - and road grit. All of the fittings were sitting under a cake of salty grit that retained moisture. The good news is that with the exception of exposed underside bolts, there is very little rust on the car - even the battery box is solid.

Removed front, right fender-liner. Two surprises:

1. Hose clamps in good condition, especially as compared to the rear of the car - a good surprise

2. The three-way connector from the charcoal canister is broken - actually not a surprise

Now for some cleaning.
