This Craigslist ad was posted on the other forum. We were passing thru Augusta this weekend so I stopped by to take a look and some pics. I counted 11 928s rotting away. What a shame.
The red 84 is actually in decent shape. One or two others may have some promise but it's mostly a collection of parts.

They're all for sale. The owner says he wants them gone. He said "Make me an offer and I'll make you happy."
It was painful to see. The green one got my attention too. It's an 80 Euro 5 speed with no sunroof..... and a whole lotta rust. The guy said that almost all of them were running when they were parked. What a waste.

I'm a sucker for stuff like this. There are some very savable cars there it looks to me. Though I see alot I would like as spares. Looks like a good candidate for AIDS (Automobile Induced Divorce Syndrome)..

I could just imagine having a car carrier pull up in front of my house with 11 928s.... I'd say "honey, now hold on just a second... I've got a plan where Jay Leno is going to get addicted to 928 restoration..."

I imagine Mark or Mason will be all over these.
