polecat. Your credibility is ZERO! Million dollars worth of cars? Can you even read??? Your obviously a bottom dwelling troll who doesn't know what the hell is going on, and just trying to cause trouble somewhere where your not even wanted.
If I was still in the shape I was in when I served in the military (5'11" 198lbs. 4.9% body fat) I would... well, I'm not about to get into that because your pathetic *** is not worth a ban. But unfortunately, my back injury kept me from staying a trained killer, you sorry sack of .......

Mike - Best to always address these sorts of things directly and privately. If at that time no reasonable explanation is offered or some form of help towards restitution, and, you feel like you have been legitimately defrauded, then I say post away here.
Blythe - there is nothing so hard to recover as one's reputation and dignity. You stated your case and the events as they developed in this unfortunate set of circumstances. It is easy to react in a direct defensive way as you feel like you have been victimized twice. The best thing you can do is to keep your head, tough to do when it seems the lynch mob is outside your door. But in doing so matters like these tend to self resolve and those who have wrongly accused ultimately will recant. To level threats and slurs at your accusers does nothing but prevent their self reflection and apology.
This is just plain ****ty. Lesson learned here, don't post a greivance until you have spoken directly with the other party. One thing is for sure, truth and karma have a way of seeking a higher balance.
Sorry to sound preachy but I like both of these guys. I have had very good personal communication with Blythe and have purchased an engine from him. I trust his word, like anyone's, until they prove otherwise.
Mike - just crappy luck, but that too changes. Blythe - hold tight, remain composed. Use that military training to remain focused on the job at hand, not the emotions of others or yours.

I'm in no way shape or form upset with Mike, nor is he with me. I'm upset with the way some people responded. I have no doubt Mike and I will get over this, so long as some people don't get in the way and Mike and I both look like fools in the end.
I got an PM from a member that has been here since 2002 (I won't mention his name) that summed everything up perfectly.
I hope we can leave it at this...
""Hey B,
I am very glad that you told your side of the story. Man, I always have to tell people (and sometime tell myself) not to judge anyone just because you heard one side of the story. But, remember though that here, we all are like brothers, and like brothers, lol, there always fights, pointing fingers, disagreements etc. Don't worry too much about, after your post, I am sure lots wish they knew the whole story.
B, you said it best though, the guy bought a used car and that is it, well, sorry for him, he got a car that was hacked, its the risk that you run when you buy something used. IF he found tomorrow he had a GTS transmission and a GTS suspension and brakes, do you think he'll back to you and gave you $1000 because of the upgrades that he was not expecting and that he lucked out on the deal? I am sure he would not. So now he got unlucky, why do you need "make it right"?""

No way I see to turn back time, get back anything that was lost. Maybe take the lesson and move on.
Having some experienced eyes look over this car for any remaining issues, safety and otherwise might be a good idea.
Anything I can do to help either of you out, let know.

BB79, unless your "back injury" is a Spinal Cord Injury SPARE ME the drama of what you can, will or should do! I don't want to hear about your "back injury", try a permanent Spinal Cord Injury on for size!
Is this the same car with the "like new" interior that was all torn up? I have not clicked to see, but I bet it is...
You know what they say... If a deal is to good to be true then it IS to good to be true!
Sad for all involved.

Previous posts of mine deleted, and apologies for jumping to conclusions. Be good to know how/if this situation is resolved as and when such happens tho'. Certainly making a note to check the suspension on my next inspection.

Every single suspension, steering and brake part needs to be checked what type and MY it. Thats only way to know if current setup is even safe to drive.

Angry thread. Let's all relax, it looks like someone nonRlist actually did the damage here. Let's just skin that drama llama and make a warm sweater.
I only transfer cars, physically and legally after reciving cash or a clearing a bank check. To many scams out there.
