Not sure how I managed it, but my car has appeared in none of the photos so far! I had so many honey-dos lined up on Sunday I was lucky to get back down there and trailer the GT home. Missed some of the highway fun.

And another....

Since our cars are so similar, and I had the pleasure of seeing/hearing your car dyno'd (have HD video of it, complete with crap falling from the ceiling afterwards), I took a special interest.

^^^ What I wouldn't give for open roads like that to drive on. New England roads feel so stifled!

Default 2009 928 OCIC

What an event!! Awesome cars, great people, lots of fun and good Texas hospitality. It was great finally meeting Roger, Dr. Bob, Capt. Earl, Prof. Ott, Bill Ball, Sterling, Dan H., Sean, John M., Kitty and Gary Knox, Glen M. and many others who share their knowledge on the list every day. It was great seeing Marc White and Teri again and recalling the early years. And did I mention the cars!! If you didn't have the bug to buy another one before you arrived, you certainly did before you left. I think I made "future commitments" to buy two cars before I left

Thanks to Roger, John M., John C., Sean, Laura, Zane and everyone else who made this happen. There really is no other community quite like the 928 family. And John C., thanks for that long (250 mile) tour of the Texas countryside on Sunday. I now know the difference between 928 A/C in New England and 928 A/C in Texas! As Glen said, it is better to fix the A/C first, then the timing belt

James, thanks for sharing your cars and producing a great DVD! It really simplifies the evolution the 928 and eliminates much of the model/feature confusion. Great finally meeting you.

Did I mention the cars??

Thanks to everyone for a great time. Photo links below.

I'll have more photos to share later (still need to work on some of the RAW-to-JPEG conversions) and more comments, but for now, a quick walk around part of the perimeter of the room.

Some nice pics in there... Still not seen any shots of my '88 from anyone yet. I guess it was not flashy enough... Especially two down from the race car and flanked by Blue82 and my White '94 GTS!

James, your cars were great. Each one had something unique about it so I couldn't pass them up. Good meeting you and thanks again for producing a great DVD.

It needs Mark Robinson's black Fikses. At least that's who that looked like in the pictures. A new set of wheels would have people drooling. That's probably my favorite of your cars. Sorry I couldn't help with the prep!

Looks like I missed THE show to be at.
