Thanks Tom... see it you will. Almost towed it down to you and Adam but Leif was closer. You should call him as she is up in the air right now I guess. He told me he has not seen cosmoline like this since the 80's!

Correct. WAS. Sold his practice over a decade ago and has been living the good life we all dream of. Pushing 70 this guy is and still bikes 5 - 10 miles per day. His Bates leather suit that I got with the bike he had custom made in 1984. It would still fit him perfectly.

I mentioned that because the long standing "joke" was the 928 WAS the Dentist's wife's car !!!

Jack up the rear of the car both wheels off the ground and rotate one wheel by hand the other should move the same direction.. if no slip the other wheel spins the other way.

I never spin the tires if I can help it , done MAYBE half a dozen burn outs in my LIFE. To me that is like locking up the brakes to skid to a STOP !

I never said it was a good idea.

My tires spinning is the only cushion my drivetrain gets these days

Locking up your tires for a stop will flat-spot your tires, rendering them... well, not round.

Burnouts are a precision method for removing rubber evenly from the circumference of the tire - thus retaining the round-ness.

So burnouts are much better.

I think I am going to be ill...

Check this suit out! Mine matched...we ALWAYS got lots of thumbs up when we were two up! I miss it more than I can say!
