Well, the bottle bracket looks bulletproof. The question is how that bracket is bolted to the seat...
If it's bolted all the way through, it should be fine.
If it's just screws, it could be a problem.
But I would assume that during the run he will have a helmet on...

Chris, thanks for reminding me they're backwards over there.
no negative, i just preach safety first... bracket looks very solid but that seat back cannot be the best choice of places to mount it..
Brett, Get your pilot qualifications...

Hi
The only real problem we had was deciding to not use just the left hand fuel rail to provide the extra fuel, in the end we tapped the right hand fuel rail and fitted a take off there as well so each rail will act as a reservoir for initial take up on launch.
All the best Brett

So do the solenoids or controllers know if they are not getting adequate fuel pressure? Will it shut itself down, or balance out, if the fuel flow is not adequate? I know that Carl, with his supercharged OB, had to run an extra fuel line from the tank, and an extra fuel pump, to handle the extra fuel his supercharged car was consuming.

actually, it would be cool as a cucumber if it goes real lean. beyond 17:1. but near stoich, you are right. bad things will happen. real lean actually creates lower EGTs and CHTs. "Real" is relative.

Are u sure you dont want to try a remote test with a monkey first?
I really whish u a safe trip in your sputnik and that you come down to earth safely as the first sharkonaut to reach 1000hp

Are you putting this on a dyno to see what numbers you get? Or are you going to run it on an air strip or something. I caught the part about the suit, so I figure you're up to something. No roll cage? Big tanks bolted to a seat back (regardless of what is in front). I don't know man. I hope you achieve your goals, but by the looks of it, this thing looks iffy. JMHO Good luck!
