Nicole, I verified that it is possible to drive up there maxing at 134 MPH, so don't go above that and you'll be fine(d)..

Beth, I'd love to come but I have plans on the 12:th. Going to a BMW and Michelin advanced winter (snow and ice) drivers education in the North of Sweden.

How is the crazy boyfriend and cool dog (or was it the other way around?) doing btw?

Cheers!

OK, I'm going to get EVERYTHING. 8 gallons distilled water, 1 gallon anti-freeze, water wetter. Better to have to much than not enough.

Nicole, you will NOT get bored!!! We have some special guests coming too. My dad and stepmom will be coming and my dad could not be more excited. You guys can trade stories about Germany and Porsche (if you know what I mean)- and even speak German if you want.

On that note, my father was the one who said "why do you want a 928, get a 911. Never was good at following advice. He lives in New York. He's soooooo excited about this, I can't even explain .

George, do you think you might be able to make it? I'd sure love to have you come. hey, what ever happened to my hood? Ever do anything with it?

Marc, thanks, I think at this point I have all I need but you know I'd call you guy's if there was something I was missing. The only thing I question is that blower thingy Rich's car might need. But maybe after next weekend we'll know if we really need it. I'd really like an update on Susan too.

And darn it Anders, why aren't you still here. You're around to go wine tasting and play Nintendo, but when the work comes you're 1\2 the world away!!!!!

We should probably have a "runner" stationed at your door that day just in case! If we aren't confronted with bad crank or oil pump gears (not expecting it), and I don't break the new tensioner arm plastic bushings (I'm 50/50 on that) trying to install them, we should be OK.

That was fun, wasn't it? And while I agree it was safe, unfortunately most of America's Best would have a different view, if they saw it...

You mean that the CHP officer that was wearing sunglasses at night and informed that I was doing 90 mph in a 65 zone wouldn't have let me go if I was caught doing 134 in daylight? To me 90 in the dark is way worse..

I have time on the 12th as well and would love to come out and help. I may have some tools for the job when Bill and I did it last. Please include me Beth and send me directions as well as meeting time. Thanks.
