Actually, make a good list of all those little things that need to be done. It's likely somebody will know how to do them.

yep - 9:00 is when the belt work will start, but I know some of you will be there a little bit later.

I did on mine a couple of weeks ago. It's a PITA and requires some special tools, but it can be done.
