Everyone. Please check your reservation and make sure you are getting the Sharks in the Badlands Rate. I met with the sales manager today and was checking on some people that I know are coming but were not in our room block. The rate we should have is $129.00 a night. If you are paying more than that call and speak with Dave the sales manager and he will get it corrected. He told me the rate is good till 6/24/2020 if you call and ask for him.

For those that are interested Dave did say that his friend has a Cigar store in town so you can get your smokes here if you want.

The only disclaimer that I got is this. Drinking in the parking lot or our rooms is fine with our own alcohol. If you are in the lobby then you need to purchase your alcohol (beer) from the hotel. They have their own alcohol license and we dont want them to get into trouble. You can carry stuff from your rooms to the parking lot and vice versa. But if are hanging around in the lobby then please purchase their beer. They do have some beer on tap for those that prefer that.

I am getting excited. This is going to be awesome.

Okay it's official I'm going! I'll book tomorrow. Look forward to hooking up with the Denver contingent on Friday and heading out.

For those that have not registered please do so today. We need to finalize our numbers and let the bus owner know if we need 2 buses or one. When registering please include the number of t-shirts you want the the sizes. We are getting the final numbers for t-shirts, and need to give these numbers to Hans so he can get them done for the event.

Thanks,

Harvey

I will order some spare shirts, but it would be super helpful if you would get the official count into Harvey, so I dont have to guess on sizes.

Also, these are printed on a fitted unisex shirts, so a smaller size generally does fit for a lady, but if you need/want a specific lady size, shoot me an email to hans@projectninellc.com and I will get a couple of those ordered for you.

Art is done, and its going to be pretty radical compared to your normal event shirt. Its front and back, two colors, and has no outside sponsorship logos or advertisement on it. I have been told to keep the art (even to the organizers) a surprise, so I hope everyone likes it.... only thing I will say is its strait out of the 80's - just like these cars!

$15 through the event registration gets you a shirt (or more if you want spares). I will probably have to ask $20 at the event, as I have a sneaking suspicion that the printing costs are going to be higher than $15, so will use those on-site sales to offset any overages.

See everyone in July!!

I registered (ordered a shirt) and reserved my room today- thanks Harvey for putting in so much work to organize this! Dave from the Hotel was very nice and accommodating on the phone. Jeff, I can't leave until Friday the 17th but thanks for the offer.

For those that are traveling through or near Denver, I might suggest this route I'm considering. Take I-25 to I-76 to 113/19 to 385/18. The distance is only 20 miles longer and the scenery is good and hopefully the traffic will be lighter and possible faster. I would drive twice as far to drive twice as fast. Also Carhenge is located in Alliance, NE. Great photo op.
