That's a beautiful pearl white. Make sure to post pictures of this car under different light conditions. I'm imagining how the pearl effect will pop while outside at dawn or dusk with the sun poking over the horizon.

Carpet selection... Pearl paint, black upholstery. What would YOU do?

I would pick a color thats as close to the interior lite color of the seats as possible
Lite carpets will make the interior POP with the contrast

PSL 23 - Pearl Grey of course...
I do like light color carpets with black seats/pod/dash and door cards.

Yea, the pearl gray will look awesome. Definitely that over the black. Or you could match one of the colors off of the headrest to really make it Brumos unique.

My pearl '87 S4 has deviated piping on seats and carpets, also in pearl white. It's a real knockout!
Reason for mentioning is if you had plans to redo both the seats and carpet, I'd suggest this combination. Pearl piping would be difficult, but anything is possible. Good alternate could be white piping.
If you're not re-doing the seats (which I believe have black piping), then I would go with an offset carpet color. I'd go with the whitest or shiniest color carpet you can find, whether that be linen or pearl grey.
Then do black carpet piping to tie it together with the seats.
For either combination but especially for the black carpet, work in the Brumos stripes on the corner of the front floor carpets. Just like the seat headrests. That would be the icing on the cake!

Great suggestions All!
Digging in a little more today on this. The original carpet was "tan." This is not happening again, they should have named it "cardboard" I could see this working with a brown interior perhaps. (note actual cardboard underneath)
The lightest color in the interior is the Porsche script...The script color is definitely in the pearl color space as you can see.
When you look at the above pics you can really see how aesthetically ....strained... the tan carpet was/is .
The linen or pearl gray carpet is the closest match for the pearl paint, the linen is a very slightly lighter carpet, but both are well within the color flop range of the pearl paint:
when you put it all together:
Someone mentioned the seat stripes (yellow, magenta, and bright blue) The magenta carpet is a consideration, this ties in some historical uniqueness and I think the colors actually work together. Someone mentioned "pop"

I like the idea of picking a color out of that seat stripe- but instead of the pink, I’d go with the blue. Maybe that blue in the bottom row of the card in your pic above. I think it would be a lot more palatable long-term than the magenta, and it’ll give serious pop off of that pearl white paint. It’ll still give the seats a nice contrast too. Then have Classic 9 make you front floor mats with the other colors of the stripe incorporated.

Any serious discussion of the colors for the interior of this car has to recognize what was going on within the Brumos team when Deborah had this car built.
Deborah Gregg had just inherited the team from Peter Gregg and she tried to differentiate her ownership from Peters by changing the team colors from the classic red/blue over white...
This cars color combination represents a time of great upheaval within Brumos. Not only had Peter committed suicide and his enormous talent been lost to the team, Deborah changed the colors of the team to the Orangeish Magenta, Yellow and Pale Blue over black or white. To say this change was not well received is an understatement. In fact there was serious pursuit of this car for destruction by unnamed individuals within the Brumos organization and it was moved to the location where Andrew found it to "save it" from destruction. If the Brumos boys had known that this car was sitting right under their noses for so many years they would be dismayed.
No proper preservation of this cars "Zeitgeist" would be complete without a custom set of floor mats incorporating Deborah's color combination.
That's my .02 on what remains a sensitive topic...
Another tidbit... Be very careful to get that "magenta" color correct. It seems to have faded from a unique orange/magenta to magenta over time on some of the objects it was applied to and you really want to get it right...
