Are many of them old enough to do DE? I thought the PCA limit was 18?

Haha oldest yet in the thread. I bought my 1990 S2 Cab when I was thirty as my 1/3 life crisis toy Never regetted it one bit.

well I'm 20 and I have a 951. I would never want anything else, especially after i'm done with the vitesse stage 3....

My 944 has helped me get over the "911 thing" all pre 74 models anyway

Alright, finally back to check this thread out:

Yeah for all the REALLY young 'uns out there, this isn't a contest to see how much you paid for your first p-car.

That being said, I'm glad there are this many porsche enthusiasts at this age on a thread like this. Keep workin' at it!



oh wait! there's only 3 or 4 of us on this thread that can do that!

anyway, as for the matrix 944 - it's either on neo's way to see the oracle, or on the car ride back after seeing the oracle. neo's face is reflected in the window and a gray 944 is parked as they drive past.

First car was a 71 1.7L 914-4 at age 15. Drove until I joined the Army at 18.

Retired last year and bought the 944 after coming home from the desert.

Point: You're never too young or too old to love a Porsche. It's a lifelong passion for us all.

18 first 944 n/a love that car, very reliable.
Almost 19 now got my 2nd 944 n/a exterior looks pretty decent.. interior crap, engine "okay".

16 got my '83
16-17 did a bunch of needed/preventative maintenance
17-18 modded slightly (brakes, sound system, etc)
18 22 year old rubber center finally died (still had friction material though, lmao)
18-19 compiled parts for 968 swap
19-20 finished up swap
20 planning for more upgrades
