You know, that's a sign you're getting old

That, plus everything seems better way back when, kids seem to have it easier now-a-days, and a tendency to forget.... what were we talking about, again?

Oh yeah, and you start calling 20 and 30-year olds, "kids"

Whoa, she's what we old folks call "a keeper"

And some stupid movie with Madonna in it, my mom ran into my room one night and told me to turn the channel to see it...

It was on the "We" channel, apparently a Lifetime clone.

I used to think I was somewhat special for being so young with a Porsche that I bought myself.

I'm not getting old -- I've always told exceptionally long winded and unnecessary stories, even at a young age I can remember making friends and family members draw confused looks upon their faces as I just continued to talk on and on again. Oh well.

I won't have the thrills of kids talking about my car at school, in the parking lot. Probably because I'll never drive mine to school...except for the day I graduate. It's too nice to have some kid driving a '85 nissan to park next to it and throw his door into it, then call it a Ferrari.

My first night out on the town with it, I had a kid call it a Ferrari, when the symbol was in plain view. He then proceeded to tell his friends he was up at the place with "A Evo and a Ferrari!!!". what really threw me, was that he was asian. I thought asians knew cars? Well, seems like it's just hondas and nissans. He drove a Nissan Sentra SE...go figure. Yea, nice Mercedes Benz you drive!

An Asian calling a non-Evo by any other name?

Shameful.

God I get a kick out of crap like that. I also get a kick out of riding with my honda friends.

Guy- "This car vtec?"
Honda Driver- "Yea..."
Guy- "whats it do?"
HD- "It kicks in at 5500, it's like a little turbo"
Guy- "Yea, but whats it do?"
HD- "I dunno, stands for like variable timing something or some ****. I don't know what it does, but I know my car has it."

i'll be honest...i mob it around in my asian friends honda accord. I dont let him drive though...scariest thing ever (no offense to teen male asian drivers..and female for that matter, i just dont trust em) He thinks he knows all about cars, and always says "his" car can beat mine when he's reffering to some skyline in Need for Speed Underground lol... good times.
