What did you do to your 924/944 today

Reinstalled the front sway bar with new bushings and went for another short test drive around the neighborhood. It's been really exciting to watch this car come back together after its hibernation. At this point, the vast majority of the remaining work is purely cosmetic. Ready to update the registration and get it insured, then put some highway miles on it. Maybe I'll even stock up on some spare parts and go on a road trip

The previous owner was driving it at highway speed and suddenly had the oil pressure gauge died, claimed he could hear the lifters and then towed it home and didn't mess with it for 8 months until I purchased it. Then another 6 months and finally had it towed 300 miles to my home, and another 4 months until it was warm enough to work on it.
Here's the link on the video if you wanna take a listen.

They lifted the engine to ensure it wasn't the oil pickup gone bad but it was still in place and after testing still worked.
Currently it is waiting on; new spark plugs, new air filter and a new fuel filter.
Current total cost on 2 weeks in the bin - $2500.
Should have it this weekend for the nice weather!

I know ziltch about the 951. What's different in that area that would make it fit a turbo and not a NA? Mine has had a bra on since i got it, so I'm not familiar with that area on the NA. I'm losing it once the rebuild it done, but right now it's great to keep my grimy hands off the front paint.
But looking "dumb" is relative, it's only noticeable if you know what you're looking at.

The 951 nose panel has a more pronounced "curve forward" shape to it than the NA...which is "straighter". If you drew a straight line towards the front of the car, at the centerline of the PORSCHE badge, the line would be longer on a 951/S2 than on a 944NA.
To accomodate the curve radius the headlight covers had to be adjusted too.
