I have just under half of my pack in right now, so the car will gain another ~150lbs when it's done, which will be close to the stock curb weight.
With only half the pack I only have half the voltage (and half the hp) but it's a blast to drive, I have a turbo transmission (car was an NA) and I start in 2nd gear with ~300ft lbs right away the acceleration blows away my wife's '83 944. I peak out at around 135hp right now but with the massive torque it's still fun to drive.

I'll get some video when I get the instrumentation in the car so I can keep an eye on voltage/current/battery temp and capacity remaining. No problem roasting the tires in 1st gear, but 2nd hooks up nice with good acceleration.

I have a range of ~45km right now, when it's finished I'll have a range of around 100km which is plenty for my daily routine and a little fun too.

Good luck.

The first time the glue failed on my driver's mirror, I noticed it as I shut the door. "Huh that's funny it looked like the mirror moved..." Touched it and it fell off. I happened to catch it at least... and picked up some "mirror glue" from the parts store. Used their special cleaner, etc. Applied it. It lasted 3 months... and fell off. That time, on the highway.

What's odd is that all 3 mirrors I've lost, I've noticed it right before it fell off. Catch something out of the corner of my eye, look over, and see it fall.

I've wound up just buying new ones from Pelican. IIRC they're under $20.

Default 3M tape?

Would 3M double sided tape not work? Seems like they would never fall off again?

Weekend fun on the 951, installed the Rouge A-Tune, installed a "new" front control arm (discovered the PO replaced the passenger side, but the drivers side looked to be the original (at 180k that is sort of scary). So now the car goes as good as she looks, and after taking her to an auto-x proved that 80's tech can keep up with the newest cars from Porsche......
