Tried installing the new headliner on my sunroof. Guaranteed to fit! My a@*. Have to start trimming all the back side just to get it to fit. Oh well, it's saves me $200!

Continued with reupholstery of the sunroof headliner. Spraypainted all sunroof hinges and screws black. Removed both front seats to prepare for interior work including cluster illumination and stereo install.

Finished the timing belts and water pump install. Put on new coolant lines. Pulled the intake to replace the hoses under it and the heater diverter valve.... what a mess under there... Anybody need a AOS and cycling valve hose kit in black silicone? I ordered it when I ordered the venturi delete kit from Lindsey and dont need it (DOH!)
Still need a J Boot in good condition

Found my slow battery drain.
When sitting for 3-4 weeks, not enough juice to start back up. Started just after I installed my fog lights using the existing switch and wires (entire light fixtures were removed when the new fascia was installed. I got a set of S2 fog light assemblies that fit perfect and got them installed and working like stock.
Pulled the fuses for the foglight, and 4 weeks later, it started up just fine. Time to start tracing the wires looking for a short. If I can't sort it out easily, I will install fresh wires and use a relay and the stock switch. Darn 25 yr old wires! Maybe the PO knew this and never hooked up lights? Oh well. The fuse is removed for now to protect the battery.

Tried removing headliner and interior pillar to install new wind deflector microswitch. Drove me 1000% absolutely crazy. Pillar would NOT come off of the car. But, we did finish reupholstering the sunroof, readhering part of the intering, new weatherstripping. More to follow.

Looks Great!
Today, well, I installed the silicone venturi delete hoses and the AOS hoses. Replaced the heater diverter valve and hoses. That was a major PITA... cleaned up the mating surfaces on the head for the intake to go back on when I get a cycling valve. I may go ahead and paint the intake a gunmetal color or something to give it a little color under there. Got a call from my buddy that is doing my interior for me and the dash is 90% done. It'll be ready sometime tomorrow to install when I have the time. Then the seats go to him for re-upholstery...all custom, french seams with red stitching, it looks fantastic!

Cleaned the grounds. Those ones on the bellhousing are a PITA! Ordered new seat upholstery kit. After that, the interior will be complete. Thought about driving it, then realized that my insurance company hasen't sent me my new insurance cards yet. Hopefully they will be here by friday.
