Spyder RS driving/ownership impressions

Thank you for the answers. I drove road only, the alert appeared today while I was traveling 1000 km across France, essentially driving with the cruise control at 140 kmh. The tank was initially 2/3 full, so consumption consistent with what you reported to me. thank you again, that reassures me

Highway 1 is still closed at big sur so there aren't many cars on the road. Insane drive with the enigne note echoing along the canyon.
I have the car set to -2.5 front and -2.0 rear camber. 0 front toe and 0.11 degree (1mm) rear toe in, sway bar front middle and rear stiff. I didn't push too hard with Wife in the passenger but the car feel pretty balanced, maybe ever so slightly oversteery. So I think the sway bar settings and the 0.5 degree camber difference worked well.
Turn in is still a little heavy, might need to give it a little bit of toe out on the front. I have the TPC offset rear toe link, with the rear toe in I don't feel the death wiggle on brake at road speed at all.

Finished my European Delivery week a few days ago. Drove through the Alps then through the Black forest heading to the Nurburgring and a few laps there (I’m guessing there will soon be a video of me going over a curb and completely missing a turn in rather embarrassing fashion) The car does seem to be less ‘crazy’ than my 991.1 RS, but just as capable at my skill level. I’m not one to turn off traction control, despite being old enough to have experienced and owned fast cars without traction control. I would say that the 991.1 RS traction control allows a bit more slip while hooning. It does not ride significantly harder than my Boxster GTS 4.0 but certainly seems to handle in a much more confident manner. I’m smitten with this car. I do agree that the car seems slower than my GT3RS up to the higher part of the rev range, but this seat of the pants feeling may be factually incorrect. I never noticed the bouncing in the rear suspension that other posters have discussed.
Top of Susten Pass
In Interlaken Switzerland
After driving Stelvio Pass at Gallia hotel (amazing food here)
A Bergspyder is a very special Porsche, mine isn’t one, but I think she’s earned the name Berg-Spyder.

Now for a couple of comments, I’m smitten with the car, don’t get me wrong, but I have a few observations;
Fit and finish of this car doesn’t seem up to the standards of my other Porsches not terrible but felt a bit disappointed (up until it was broken in and I got to 9000rpm after that no s&*ts given).
The Race Tex seems to be on a level with my 2014 E63 AMG Wagon’s Alcantara, and significantly worse than my 991.1 RS
Duck tail and air intakes seem too easy to wriggle around, not fastened tight enough?

European delivery last week - wonderful experience. (Mine is the Oslo)
Will get a write up on SRS impressions here soon. Still decompressing from all of it.
now the wait begins.
