There's a presumption that GT4's have been tracked. A well documented non tracked low mileage car should maintain value at least as well as a GTS.

I have a dealer offering me a 718 GTS with a 3/3 ETA for a $7k ADM.
That seems pretty reasonable in today's market. What does everyone else think?
I'm waffling only because I'm not positive about the color. I don't dislike it, I just haven't seen it in person. The rest of the build looks pretty good to me—anything major missing?

Arroqueno, well you have an invitation to negotiate congrats! i think it is likely you will find the interior Bordeaux/black more defining versus the exterior ice grey or bright silver. Car is a bit heavy an options and grounds to noodle the numbers. can deposit subject to liking it upon inspection. a couple of grand not material but you got to love the car including colors. no regrets and there are some good ones on resale out there in a range of colors. good luck

Personally 7k to lock in a car 6 weeks away wouldn’t make me back out the deal provided the build made me happy. For what it’s worth my build is near identical to yours, just a manual.

that's also basically 10k adm as I don't know a single person who optioned the navigation system

I made the same choice - the GT4 was 25k more, came with a higher ADM and dealership games, and the GTS checked my daily driver boxes for a car I want to keep for 7+ years.
Depending on your comfort for aftermarket and tunes, a Cobbs L1 tune completely removes the engine performance delta because, you know, it’s the same engine. I’m fine with paying 80% of the sticker price to get a car that is somewhere between 80-100% of the GT4.

For me, I am still holding out for a GTS before MY24. But also if rumors are true and Porsche comes out with a N/A for its lower lineup 911s, I would probably jump at that. It is all about the N/A engine for me.

Yeah, I bet there are a fair number of 911 onwers chapped that lowly boxster/cayman owners can get a nice 4L NA engine, while they are stuck with turbos for anything below a GT3.

Congrats on your soon to be incoming! On the streets and with 18-ways, your GTS is going to be a star! Share your build, I'm always interested in how people spec their wonderful cars.

Ice grey with GTS interior (red stitching)
Wheel and gear in leather
18 way seats
Premium package
Minor high gloss black exterior options
This was an inbound dealer order - if I were to custom build the only things I would probably change would be debadging the doors (which I assume I can have the PPF installer do) and change the rear model designation to just ‘718’.
When playing with the configurator I quickly learned how fast options add to the price - I specifically wanted a GTS 4.0 without entering GT4 price territory.
Good luck with whatever you decide!
