PPF and Porsche connect. The latter is taking forever. I gave up, not missing much. I'll be picking up the car regardless.

I gave up on Porsche Connect. I went to three different dealers and they could not do activate it even though Porsche Support said it could be. My car came with a 12 month free trial.

Same here. I had it in prior cars, nothing exciting or useful.

I just wanted to activate it and look up the eSIM or IMEI with PIWIS. I don't know if they activate the VTS for this.

I asked if the eSIM had anything to do with the activation, as I'm using my own sim, they said no. But they really have no clue in a dealership level. I think you can look at the imei on "about" or software version, I can't recall. I believe there's a way, I just can't recall. In my case I know the imei bc it populates under my lines at the t-mobile page

I have searched through many threads and I cannot find how to disable the Auto Start Stop with a PIWIS 3 for a 718 Cayman. I have 40.9 and all the previous directions posted are not the same or do not work with this version.

I managed to make it remember the last setting, I think I posted a screenshot a few posts back. I think the other guys also managed that in the begin of the thread.

You have to be in Engineering Mode and you will see the same settings under the BKE module. Go to post 21

Found the vehicle variant for Spyder RS in PIWIS. When I select it there is no image of the Spyder RS in the cluster. GT4 RS image is there.
