I've seen cars on the ground landed transact at about 50-55k over MSRP depending on spec/options. If you want your own allocation then its 60k+.

Same here - Seems like our change freeze point was about the same.
I have a build start date set to June 04th, we'll see if it holds...

Default +$50

Offered buildable allocation at 50 over from dealer who sold me two GT cars. Other than MSRP offers have you seen ADM less than 50?

Chris, yes I received a buildable allocation in May of 2022 from a dealership where I have purchased two new GT cars in the past. Both of those GT cars were at MSRP with zero other restrictions. I sold my 981 GT4 back to the same dealership at an $8k loss to me and I still have my 991 Touring.

I have also purchased a few used cars, non GT cars, from the same dealership over the last eight years.

The ADM on my GT4 RS was $25k and they required $5k of exclusive options. No trade or other restrictions. First and last time I will ever pay ADM

I used to service all of my cars there and have referred approximately 20 new customers to them in the past eight years, no more

I’m in the market now for a convertible and will be using a broker and only buying at MSRP or purchasing a used car, if I can find one that meets my requirements

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

50 over appears to be the standard right now that you can easily find.

To be honest, I can see it going down a lot soon.

Having driven a 4RS, I think the 4RS is worth MSRP. But with a recession likely coming and there being plenty of nice used alternatives to the 4RS, it not worth a big ADM to me.

Agreed that it's a good car at MSRP but not worth the premium.
