Not sure if the washer caps were also in the rendering for MY2023 cars. I have an allocation for MY2024 that's planned for August delivery. Anyone aware if the PDLS will come with the washer caps? None of the MY2023 cars have them, but wanted to check if It's a rendering bug or a change.

My car was built and is waiting for me in Leipzig.

 

It looks to me that adding PDLS adds the washers... Which is what I would expect.

 

Mine is an MY2023 build. The configurator rendered the washer caps only for PDLS+ option. For MY24, there is no more PDLS+ option (for our market) and the washer caps are now rendered for PDLS.

Spoke to someone who works in Porsche (not dealership), and he told me that for the 718 production, it will continue onto 2025, there after only EVs for 718. No ICE 718s anymore. For Macan it's a high volume product, so the new EV Macan platform will sell along the current generation ICE Macan in the near future. This is because many countries do not have a mature EV infrastructure for Porsche to dedicate sales for pure EV only versions of the Macan which will certainly hit their sales volume.

 

My dealer just called and told me that there are more allocations being made available on a very ad hoc basis.

So echoing a number of posters above production isn’t ending any time soon.

PDLS+, no washers. Never heard of washers on GT4RS 🤷🏼‍♂️
