So I went V200 last week on my second order. The SA says I’m one of 12 allocations in his “October bucket.” I’ve asked for the production/delivery schedule. Haven’t gotten that. Asked what “October bucket” means. Is that October production, October delivery? He says he thinks it will be produced in June/July but doesn’t know. Once I’m V200 shouldn’t he be able to look it up and send a screen shot of the production/delivery schedule? Seems odd
V200 is "Delivery date determined" so I would think your SA should be able to provide a print out of the expected timeline. Maybe give it a day or two in case there is a delay for whatever reason.

Nice, looks like the same spec? Curious why you went with the cellphone compartment. If you’re at V200 the rest of the timeline / schedule should be populated for (I’m guessing) an October delivery.

I didn’t you know had success getting a new slot (or did I?, hard to keep track). Either way, congratulations.
Nice! Curious, did you consider the GTS wheels painted silver for a $0 option vs the Carrera wheels for 5878 PLN?

I did and it was a struggle till the very end (that and the PCCB's). In the end it is not a massive extra for the Carrera rims and I felt like they worked better with the Blue.
Had they cost twice as much I would probably stick with the stock rims painted silver, though.
edit: They also show less of the tiny brakes behind
I think the GTS configurator shows the wrong brakes in the picture. Its the same picture as the Boxster S. FWIW, the GTS has larger rotors and 6 pot front callipers.

I’m guessing summer build and October delivery also. We’ll see. Still haven’t gotten the production schedule.
It’s basically the same build. I deleted the 18 way seats, embossed leather, and a few other doo dads. It’s kind of nice to be able to order a car, see how it looks and what you would change, and then have a chance to order it again.
This car salesman line of BS about "better jump on gasoline powered cars" is laughable. As if everything is going to be electric next year. This type of nonsense is insulting and abusive. If I lied that way in my profession I'd be in court for the rest of my life and have absolutely no tolerance for this blatant stupidity.

Already, the number of available naturally aspirated, manual transmission, true sports cars is significantly less than 10. I don’t need a salesman to tell me the window is closing. I could be wrong. I’ve been wrong before:

In Canada and the USA ( I think ) the GTS black wheels are standard so $0 and to get them
painted silver is also $0 option. So the Carrera wheels are quite a bit more expensive. Might be different in Europe ?
I thought about it and decided against it. The main reason is because I almost never use the automatic temperature function in any of my other cars. I tend to just set the temperature and a fan setting and leave it as is.
17455296[/url]]Can you apply the $5000 to the new car?
i assume you mean $5,000 Canadian and you’re referring to the voucher issued to those who had their cars held up in the stop-sale.
I’m in the US.I’m told I can use the US$4,000 voucher issued to people who ordered a stop sale 4.0 regardless of whether I buy the original car or not.
