Anyone else on the SFL Conductor, it's eta is now 10-3 around noon for arrival to Davisville, vs the earlier 10-8, so we could see Jax and Hou a few days earlier. It will all depend how many cars are on board, so far storms don't look too bad, Sam doesn't appear to be a threat yet.
Congrats to all the recently acquired graduates, please keep the pics and reviews coming... It surely helps to pass the time

That will take some...strategery haha. I'd definitely confirm that you have your TPM's and other items in place before you pick out a delivery date. Best of luck. I already scheduled my PPF a bit earlier than I expect my car to show up...but now I'm debating if it will be even earlier with the possible ship cruising.

FWIW, I don't think it is the TPMS sensors in the wheels (the transmitters) or the receivers in the wheel wells that they are having to add. I think it is the single module that is in the frunk that they all feed to... so adding it should be really pretty simple.

So I have not been keeping up with the latest. What model year cars are being delivered right now? Are they 2022's or still 2021's straggling in?
Are dealers being assigned 2022 allocations right now? Some SA's tell me yes and some tell me no. I don't know who to believe at this point. I want a 718 Spyder. I have a desire to build one to my specs. But I also don't want to wait a year for the car. I already waited almost two years for the C8 I'll be selling and I want my end game in the garage asap.
Here's what I've got now. 2021 hard top convertible, 2LT with mag ride and axle lift. Would welcome offers or trades. I need that third pedal.

At this point with the very limited allocations that have been released lately, you chances of a car within a year are not great given waitlists at most dealers. I'd be surprised if there where any dealers with allocations not yet assigned to customers. If you are definitely willing to pay ADM, then that might help your situation.

MY22 went into production in July, so that is what is being delivered currently (or not delivered given supply chain issues). Not sure if there are any MY21 cars that haven't made it to dealers because of TPMS stop sale, but if there are then these are certainly already sold (Spyder/GT4).

Are dealers GETTING allocations right now? Everyone wants to take my build code but not many promises out there about what exactly is going on.

I think there were only an unusually small number of allocations in June, and some dealers received none as reported by other Rennlisters. I think most are still waiting for September allocations, which may not come with production dates already delayed for allocations from March and June.

My 2022 CGTS is sitting at the dealer after several weeks at the port. My SA told me mine was the first 2022 GTS order for their dealership - I ordered it in April. A friend received an allocation for a base 718 Cayman yesterday and placed his order. He was told to expect a February delivery.

The notion of getting an allocation right now without ADM is a pipe dream. I understand. That's kind of why I got the C8. To help defray the cost of what's about to come my way. I have something in the works, hopefully. Time will tell.

Good luck in your quest. You’re gonna need it. And I totally resonate with the need for a third pedal. I’d likely have a C8 if they offered it with one.
