That looks stunning. A friend has a Guards Red GT2 RS that he races in a lot of motorsport events and he laments that it doesn't photograph very well but this photo looks great.
Whenever I bring the camera and take photos of his car I always have to lightroom the heck out of it to get the color to look accurate.

I'm leaving the waiting room as well. Just took delivery of 2022 Shark Blue GT4. The color is so mesmerizing, I keep running back to the garage to stare at her.

I saw a video from Nick Murray recently that the US is down some 80% of allocations/deliveries /cars...some ridiculous stat. Supposedly they are supposed to be getting more allocations coming in October/November. He also touched on dealers doing allocation farming, it's a few minutes worth of work. Also, if you live up near him in the NE, his dealership had a large selection of vehicles, one was a Red GT4. Embedded links are being dumb, my apologies...

Nick Murray’s stats about a 80% decline in US 911 deliveries is a lie. Through Q2, US 911 deliveries are up 6%. The record year for Porsche deliveries was 2019 and through Q2 2021, Porsche was ahead of 2019. And deliveries in 2021 are over 55% ahead of 2020. In other words, through Q2(which are the only numbers anyone knows) Porsche is running at a record pace selling more cars than they have EVER sold. We don’t know Q3 numbers until Friday but this year will be far, far ahead of last year. Chips are constraining growth in sales but EVERY manufacturer has seen significant sales increases in 2021. The reason you can’t find a car is that they sold fewer cars in 2020 and the rich got richer in the pandemic. It’s not because they are delivering fewer cars. They are delivering more cars.

If new car deliveries were down 80%, what could Porsche have done to fill all that down time. Let me think. Hummmmmm. What could they do to fill the idle time. I know!!! They could quickly build and deliver replacement 718 4.0 engines. Did they do that? No. Why? Because they were building cars.

Beautiful, I wish Shark Blue looked like this in the daylight too, but it's just a bit off. This almost looks like Oslo Blue to me. I'm glad to see you went Platinum wheels as well, I think it's the perfect complimentary color with the other darker and black accents, especially on the GT/Sypder variants.

Well, gang, looks like I'll be out of the Waiting Room soon. The TPMS parts showed up today, could pick the car up as soon as tomorrow. More Shark Blue GT4 pics coming soon. Hoping that everyone else gets their cars soon. Time to carve up some Blue Ridge Mountain roads in the great Fall weather. Plus, an annual track day at Virginia International Raceway in a month that I do with friends. Yay!

Shark Blue does look like this in the daylight but just a little lighter. I've seen Oslo Blue IRL and Shark Blue doesn't look like Oslo Blue at all. Oslo Blue is a darker Miami Blue. Shark Blue is a lighter Voodoo Blue. Oslo Blue definitely has green in it and as a matter of fact, when my son and I first saw Oslo Blue, we both said almost at the exact same time that it was basically "a darker Miami Blue."
I didn't look them up and got my blues confused. I can't handle the 7 different Blues that I remember, and I know there are a lot more available as PTS I had to look up Oslo again and saw that it was darker with the green tint...it almost looks like some parts of the ocean. Every picture I've seen of Shark Blue has looked good, just not my cup of tea. I'm coming from a heavy metallic color that ranges from bright Burgandy, to almost Macadamia on a dark/cloudy day...so I already had my expectations high on what I would use to replace it. I'll miss having a rare color, but having the 718 interior from the 1st gen 987 will totally make up for it. Thankfully there are tons of options!
I've already spotted a 992 in GB in my area...figures haha.
