Simple? that's not what I have experienced.
At idle you can close them on PSE OFF. When you start driving they open but close again when passing 2000RPM, so with aftermarket exhausts you might hear drone at 2000RPM even with PSE OFF.
With PSE ON they open again at 4000RPM and on PSE OFF they will Open at 5000 RPM instead.

I suspect that there's others variables too, besides RPM, like gear selected.

i say “simple” meaning complicated. It’s designed for OEM exhaust , no drone and some sound on high rpm. This is why I made it simple on or off .
On close valve car have deep sound and it probably drone a little around 1800-2200 rpm , if you call it drone , to me it feels more like deep sound. With valves open sound is deep and got crisp high pitch noise, and over 4500 it sound glorious specially after 6000

Sounds intoxicating. Can you compare the Kline OAP/Muffler/OEM header in SS versus Inconel? Any drone?

Can't say what the SS version sounds like, but I'd say the inconel version just gives it that extra higher pitched exotic sound as you go past 5,000 RPM. I don't hear any real extra drone from stock, but I also haven't been on along drive with it yet and I pretty much drive with the valves opened all the time. I suspect with the valves closed, it'll pretty much eliminate any drone.

Well boys I had my exhaust for about 2 months now and finally got it installed. Kline Inconel Over Axle Pipes, Kline rear exhaust, soul valve controller. This is the result. Debating on headers LOL, but my god the sound under load is GOD LIKE

Wow that does sound amazing! I have my Kline OAP and rear coming in 5/31 (hopefully!) and got a CG valve controller as well (Eric at SupremePower was super helpful, easy to work with, and had very competitive pricing for everything). Now I really can't wait to get everything installed. Got any vids in the cabin by any chance?

I do not. It sounds almost normal in cabin with windows closed just a bit louder. Windows open it sounds amazing and I just want to constantly stay in the high rev range. There is no drone or any boominess at all if that's what you're looking for.
