it will work but will not flow optimally. I already asked kline about different combos. The reason is the larger valves open path goes through the top in the kline. So you would not get the benefit of the side cans 2-3k rpm which is the drone zone. Unless you have headers there will be alot of turbulent flow

it seems like the Kline system is more “sophisticated” than the others from a sound tuning and resonance management perspective. If I didn’t have and love the JCR, I would probably start with a combination of their OPF deletes and their rear exhaust.

For a valve operated exhaust resonated x pipes and true muffler designs are different animals. Like i said here, and i believe these clips are not accurate representations unless you run full valveless with headers. Oem valve control it will be much quieter until 4k and thats the nature of running 3 mufflers. Theres only a few valved resonated x pipe designs and they are all different. As far as i can recall bc fabs, jcr, fabspeed, and tubi. Muffler systems NEED a valve controller to sound nasty

So does anybody tried Kline's own valve controller solution?.. I saw they have a good looking lighter module but I'm not sure if works on the Spyder/GT4 and if it connects to the OEM engine connectors like the Cargraphic one

The Kline OAP flips the large and small openings/pathways so the Kline rear is not compatible with other OAP solutions. You have to buy both from Kline.

Thanks for sharing. At WOT, sounds wild. Few observations:
- Does this car have Sport Header? If so, I suspect it would amplify the volume by about 30 - 40% or so?
- When moving at slow speed, it is whisper quiet.
- Drive-by sound heard from other side of the street (outside of the car), is quiet too.
- Would it be possible to share audio clips of steady-throttle cruising at 2k - 4k range?

Thanks.

Talking about the controller and yes the controller is compatible with all of the exhausts. "Controllers can work with any exhaust if they work via vacuum and not electronic valves" Kline exhaust is vacuum operated and controlled electronically therefore it does work.

That's usually when droning happens between 2-4k rpm. It resonates within the cabin. I do like this cat, resonator and muffler approach.

trust me , it’s the best set up, when I close valves it’s nice and quiet, but when I open , it’s so good , will post some more sound videos

Thanks for posting. It doesn't sound any different from stock when only the headers are changed. Based on my understanding, stock CAT is already high-flow. Though this setup does sound great, the way to gain the most power appears to be moving the cat to the OPF area..
