Received a surprise text from my SA with an extra GTS 4.0 allocation so I jumped on it. Luckily I had finished my buildup recently and was ready to finalize the build as it would lock this week.

Congrats! Thanks for sharing. I've got you on the database from previous threads so I just updated what was missing. This thread is actually for Paint to Sample cars. No worries. I provided a link tot he regular colored cars for you as well. The only things I'm missing are interior color choice and a confirmation that you selected a Cayman.

Ahh, sorry about that. Been a long day. Yes Cayman GTS 4.0, interior is Black/Chalk GTS interior package Race-Tex. Major options include Premium Package, Burmester, Black Spoiler, Handles and Window Trim. Also Rear Wiper (I like the look and functionality) and Manual Gear Lever in Deviated Leather and Stitching (Chalk). Can't wait to share some photos in a few months!

Mine has been delayed twice since entering production. I'm thinking at this point the chip shortage may be affecting Porche too but they just aren't publicly saying anything about it. I feel your pain and frustration. Hang in there.

In normal times how long after you sign all of the paperwork with the dealer do you hear from Porsche with information about when the vehicle goes into production? Do they send you an email?
Has anyone had a change in their production or delivery date(s)?
Checked with my SA today, no changes as of now.
Yes, my car's build schedule has been updated multiple times but since it actually entered production, it's been delayed 3 times while in production. I shared my updates in my specific Riviera Blue build thread. It's finally out of regular production and has entered Custom Tailoring. Assuming no delays, it should exit Custom Tailoring on 3/2 or 3/5.
With your car being so far out, you've got a ways to go but since you're at V215, you might be able to get a printable build schedule from your SA.
