Gotcha. I do think that the car has beautiful underlying sound signature. Has nice deep, bass induction note. I can perceive how such a note could be "felt" sitting inside the cabin, as opposed to standing outside.

I'm bit unclear about this comment. If the car doesn't sound good outside, how can it sound better inside? Do the sound signature and characteristics change when the sound enters the cabin? If anything, it gets subdued inside due to cabin insulation, in terms of volume. Is the sound being piped inside? If so, it could have a multiplying effect due to smaller confines and reflections. In the Spyder, I hear and sense a significant change with the top and down (windows up). With the hard top, the overall muffled effect could be even higher.
All you’re hearing inside the cabin with the stock exhaust installed is the engine. You’re not hearing any exhaust sound what so ever as it’s completely drowned out by the intake / engine sound

Just hope it looks the same on the 718 GT4, but TY.
I'm assuming those 2 clear tubes are vacuum lines?

Sounds good.
I love that sound. May not be for everybody, but it's perfect for me.

And I gotta say, that anthracite interior trim looks spectacular IMO.

With you, Archimedes. I like that sound, too.

Got it; thanks. By the same token, we don't want to drown out the engine/intake sound either, by the exhaust! It has got nice, deep bass. An ideal mod would be to combine the engine/intake bass sound with amplified exhaust note. Just a raspy, loud exhaust wouldn't cut it! If you follow motorcycles, Akrapovic is the standout in providing a nice, deep, beautiful sound without being obnoxious.

Here's a perfect example of an exhaust that, IMO, doesn't make the car sound any better at all, just louder and buzzier. Does not improve the tone at all.

Had an Akrapovic on my R1. It was definitely obnoxious, lol. But that’s kind of the point on a bike. I want ppl to hear me so they don’t cut out in front of me. Only Akra I have heard on a car was on an M3/4 with the S55 engine, so of course it sounded like crap. Not the fault of the exhaust!! there are just some engines that don’t sound good, no matter what you bolt on. Not saying this new GT4 engine is one of them, but for some folks, you might just not be able to get it to sound the way you want, so if the engine/intake drowns it out, that might be a good thing.

Absolutely, completely agree. This is the reason we will end up with 10's of combinations of parts for this platform, not every owner is looking for the same thing but you can be safe in the knowledge that our silenced valved race pipe will give you exactly what you've described above.

Can't tell anything from that video because you're shifting before the engine even begins to hit its stride.

FWIW - was just chatting with Scott at Fabspeed. They just got a shop 718 GT4 delivered and are now working on a full line up. They will develop a SS system to start with so price should be a bit more "friendly" than some of the current Ti offerings in Europe. ETA is end of June. Not promoting one over another, just providing info.

Thanks for the vids. Im assuming not broken in yet because u shifted at 5 grand. Sounds good although an exhaust would be mean AF.
Im very thankful that these cars dont have electronic valves like other cars. They get CEL when you mess with those.
So any noticeable change in sound? And no CEL im assuming
