That is the best video I have seen to date of the car. That driver is just booking. There is plenty of slip angle in the turns. It looks more buttoned down with the extra downforce, and it comes off the corners more like a GT3 with the extra ponies.

Oh come on... this is a pre-production mule. These have been on the car since day one. Model is finished underneath.

I am a little disappointed that the LWB's seem to not have been updated. I could be wrong but profile in this pics looks the same as current ones. I thought Porsche like Lamborghini has just done, could move from a fixed bucket to a hinged seat back version. Fingers crossed...

... that would would especially benefit the gt3 with better rear access.

There is nothing new in this video that hasn't been posted in others in this thread before. It actually seems to me that its a cut and splice job to extend the length of it.

i was hoping for slightly wider front track but i don't see that from these images.

Those have also been discussed in this thread earlier. Best guess is that it will not be tubing like the CS but will make use of the rear window cubbys to feed into the existing plumbing.

^^^ only time will tell - happy to be proved wrong

as for the seats I'd be happy if they went back to the GT2 Sport seats with the hinged back ... much more comfortable than LWBS

Just for the sake of friendly argument... tell me one car which has had a feature throughout its development, especially one which is integral to mechanics/engine... which then lost that feature right before the introduction?

camouflage... or a mule using parts from other cars ... not seeing why this car needs that extra engine cooling given the increased ducts on the side... and I might add I *suspect* (but I could be very wrong) that certain national safety stds would preclude such on a street legal car - e.g N.A never got any of the l/w glass or plexiglas that some previous generation RoW RS cars did...

Where are the increased ducts on the side? Same size as Gt4 no?

And regarding the top gills on the rear quarter... it's probably not plexiglass... because it's not part of the interior anymore. My SWAG is that they have blocked off that part of the interior, and made it a full vent which connects to the engine directly... interior on road car has to remain noise-free and sealed.

Because it has nothing to do with engine cooling. Its to provide for cooler intake air to aid in power just like has been discussed for the CS.

My guess is you had one too many Bitburgers before posting tonight.

I wish - so in addition to the side intakes they are also routing additional air into the engine via these side louvres - not that familiar with the CS - sorry?

It's kind of funny how we wonder what this GT4RS will have as details because they really seem to have just copied the CS MR.. from the swan neck to the front bumper.. it's just that little side window which still leaves us wondering.
