Dealer Allocation Tracker

You guys are a bunch of pieces of shiiiiiiet. Have you been messaging my wife? She said “interest rates are going up, and you’re over here playing with your dick over $10k on a 120k car” so I ended up getting the GT4. Not thrilled but not disappointed. Like the guy from Chernobyl.
Whole family was sick with Rotavirus for a few days, so been off the grid. My 10 month old is okay though so I am happy.
Eagerly awaiting boss2k to verbally abuse me over the internet

My situation isn’t ideal. Working with a broker friend and the updates are that my local dealer hasn’t gotten a single GT4/Spyder allocation for a year or so now. I’m beginning to think I need to find a slamming deal on an ADM if I want one. My dealer does MSRP, which is why I’m holding out. But last I heard I was 6/7 in line.

Thank you! We are much better. I couldn't believe how brutal that Rotavirus was. I was down over 10lbs in fluid loss at one point. The biggest challenge was keeping my son hydrated with Pedialyte; but we made it through!

Really cool looking build. The GT4 looks so mean in black. I'm in a similar situation like you. I'm not thrilled but not disappointed. However I feel that will all change when I see the car unveiled to me.

Just got contacted by a dealer with another MSRP allocation for BGTS4.0. My current one has been delayed from June delivery now to August delivery. Still 2022, but who knows if that holds... New one is for September build, Oct/Nov delivery, so obviously a 2023. No history with either dealer and no waitlist deposits with either. Just contacted them back in December.
Actually wondering what to do, I hope the first allocation gets built. Probably does not make sense to hedge and double order in these circumstances... maybe should ask for discount from MSRP?

I was contemplating buying another one to hedge my bets (in case something goes wrong with the current allocation I have... ship sinking or something...) but that's too crazy.

Maybe but it is an attractive kind of car-crazy, I would hate to try to get one of these things in about a year or worse not have gotten one if you could before the EV revolution overtakes the Cayman. It is a strange thought to me at least that if all goes according to Porsche's plan we will never see these cars in this configuration again, no next N/A improved version coming with the next model. Those days will be gone forever if you are a mid-engine ICE fan.

Not sure if this goes here… I have a Spyder in production (at MSRP 😎 ) but was looking around for a GT4 RS allocation. Found one at a dealer I had previously done business with with an ADM way out of my comfort zone, 100k but thought I’d put it up here in case anyone is interested. They said they had to pay $50k to their racing team for it? Anyway, if anyone is looking for pay out the *** for an RS I can point you in the right direction.
I’m super pumped here
