Upcoming Cayman GT4

PTS on 911 (when available) is $5500.
Anyone know how much PTS will be roughly?
Im think Voodoo Blue, Fashion/Dolphin Grey, but I think the GT4 will look stunning in Grey Black.
Anyone else know or are familiar with the PTS grey/white colours because when you google fashion or dolphin grey they all similar.

18 inch wheels only offer tires that are nearly 2 inches shorter than the 27.3 inch tall 20 inch tires.
19 inch wheels get you closer to the 27 inch height but in tires that are too wide for the front (265's).
Anybody figured this tire situation out yet? Otherwise we may be stuck with 20 inch sport cups.

Not stuck with Sport Cups in 20's. Pirelli Trofeo R is now (or shortly will be according to their official site) available in the GT4's stock sizes!

Just got word that PCNA today sent out an email to those on the 918 VIP 'early access' program that allows these privilege customers to reserve a Cayman gt4 allocation ahead of the normal 'line':
'It is my pleasure to offer you, per your 918 Spyder VIP privileges, the opportunity to be among the first to acquire the new Cayman GT4'.
If you are not a 918 VIP customer, don't worry. The GT4 is not a Limited Edition. So if you are patient you will get an allocation sooner or later. And later might be just fine...especially if PTS is allowed for the MY2016 version of the GT4! The MY2015 991 gt3 RS, on the other hand, might be a different story. And that is where the '918 Spyder VIP' treatment will really pay off!
By the way, here is further information from PCNA as to when the first GT4's will be arriving for delivery at dealers in the US - July of 2015!

Dealer just sent me a note saying they will get their allocations after PCNA knows how many 918 buyers (1 week to decide) are going to buy a GT4. Then PCNA will allocate the remaining expected production (out of 600 for NA) to dealers. Dealers are supposed to know their initial allocations and Q1 allocations by the end of Feb or early March. But if you think they will produce them in equal amounts of 50-70/month, I'd guess it maybe several months before any allocations are available to non-918 owners?

Actually the Cayman GT4 is a limited edition Eduardo....as is evidenced by the fact you cannot get an extra allocation when doing European delivery and what the dealers were told as far as the amount being built per year which is less than the GT3. If you want one of these cars guys call your dealer....not me as we are sold out already for both model years....hopefully the 918 guys are not going to snap up 297 of the GT4 slots as that will leave exactly 303 this year for everyone else.... Also no PTS either....due to the wing....

I think the 918 guys should snap up the 991 RS...that car is more in their league. Just because I say this selfishly, doesn't mean I'm giving bad advice.

Brett: Not in the traditional way that Porsche has defined 'Limited Edition' in the past.
That is why I put 'Limited Edition' in Caps. But, I take your point - GT4's will be in high demand and short supply initially.
A convoluted gt3 RS-type 'wing' did NOT prevent, in the past, 'Porsche Exclusive' from being able to do PTS on a model...and I don't see that now as an excuse for not offering PTS on the GT4!
