Yep, that Mexico blue (well, sort of) salvage title with 125k was up for sale back in January by Rennlister Cardsrule. See posts 236 and 250 in this thread. It is for sale by a dealer now, so not sure if Cardsrule still owns it.
It was on ebay for $34k and here in the classifieds for $33,000 back then, so a $26,500 asking is quite a price drop. Frankly, even with the salvage title, miles and non-Porsche color, that's a good deal based on all of the recent work and new parts.
Drill down on their website, and "East Coast Motors" lists an address in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Google Maps shows it to be an office building. Hmm, you know how those East Coast types are that live in Minneapolis.

Could be like "Beverly Hills Car Club", which is nowhere near Beverly Hills.
Is that Ontario California or Canada, I assume with the KMS for miles it's in Canada.
Now that you mention that, in the one photo you can sort of make out Ontario across the top of the license plate, but the ad does say Ontario California... The area code of the number that texted the link to me was NY.
CA car, Ontario license plate, MN east coast office, NY phone #, I vote scam. Trying to get the deposit money up front with post purchase "inspection": "In order to secure this Item, Successful BUYER must within 24 hours of "Placing Order" to send to East Coast Motors the RESERVE DEPOSIT in the amount of 10-25% from total item price "
"You can buy a Supremely Certified car online with free nationwide delivery and a 3-day in-home test drive !"
I knew it seemed too good to be true, sorry for the bad lead!

I couldn't let it go and had to find out more about it. Chatting with the online representative she claims the car is in Ottawa, Ontario. Sent me this link to CARPROOF, looks like carfax.

To avoid the risk of a scam on a lot of money, you could try buying the 2002 Ford Taurus listed at $2,800 with a lowball offer and see if that transaction goes through.
Better to spend the money up front and buy a nice car with good records= cheaper in the long run. There are quite a few nice well priced examples advertised here. Broken record yes but its also common sense.
