Doug, we'll guarantee you a bed as well as Paul. The 2 one bedrooms we can take 6 between them. You, Paul, Peter, Matt and me so far so room for another one at a pinch. Rooms are $170 per night for 3 pax, less than $60 each per night. Looking at the list we appear to have everyone but Sean covered.

On the Rennsport site it shows a ghw coming with us. Do you know who that is?

That's George. I think we can accommodate him within the existing rooms. A bit of a squeeze but not worth going for another room on the off chance he got one of the Golden Gate rooms.

Mailing cost is $9.20. That includes the mailing tube and parcel post. If you're not able to collect personally before 30 June, then I suggest we use mail. I will be at the PCNZ Driver ed day on 29 June at HD. As for payment, send a private message and I'll give you an amount and account number.

Now that I know Neil has been unfortunate, I have to ask, what's the deal with Prestigio?

John. I dont believe Neil was insured with Prestigio. Infact I suspect he wasn't insured at all....thank god he is a dentist eh!

Neil was insured with another company. What I've heard of Prestigio is that on the track days (on track) there's a $5k excess. There are also other conditions that Steve has been working with them on, eg max of 10 cars on the track at the same time.

I am with NZI and as long as I notify them prior to the day I'm covered with a higher excess, I think it may be $2k but can't quite remember.

Macca may be right. It looked like Neil hadn't got himself covered particularly for track days. I hope he was. I believe he was covered by a medical insurance industry coy and if it is like what I've heard of they are awesome at coming to the party. Fingers crossed for him!

I think Jason may have had some experience with Prestigio and the blue car. Maybe he can fill us in on his experience with dealing with them, excess etc...
