Hummm....... are you referring to the Muppet in the Nissan Silvia that was drifting out of the 2nd gear corners..............?

Another fantastic day at the track today. I always enjoy the TACCOC days as I tend to prefer classic cars over the newer stuff.

I managed to see Sean's car close up today. This thing needs to be seen to appreciate the details. It's a 964 version of Macca's car, where Sean has gone nuts in creating a personalised performance machine.

Great stuff, how did you get on? No disqualifications this time I hope!

BTW, damn you for putting me onto the PistonHeads site -- all my free time is being sucked away

Oh man, I've just spent half an hour laughing my *** off at that dirty takeaways thread! (And there are still another 350 pages in the thread.) So funny, and yet it was impossible to explain to my partner why.

It must be a guy thing! 2 years old and that thread stays top of the pile. Who knew just how bad a kebab can look!

Trackdays: Who would be interested in a Porsche only track group for one of the playday sessions next year? If we paid more than the usual fee (maybe twice) and got more room on the track (half the cars) and benefitted from like minded drivers (not having drifting Nissan Silvias in front) it might be a good option. Would make a great social occasion too...

Further to my last, Tony of playday says he could make a group booking for an all day session (15 mins per hour as usual I guess) for $2200. He can also offer a twilight session which I'm guessing would be more like half that price. Any interest?

I'd definitely be a starter for that Jason. What are you thinking - 10-15 cars - so $150-$220 each. Be great if he'd reserve one of the pit areas for exclusive use in that deal.

But you need to find a way of bring both cars to the track!
