I was in the last third of the pack with you for the start of the second blue sprint race. I saw the green flag fly from the mid part of the Carousel and made a few passes that put me mid track by the start finish line, next the light blue Fabcar was stopped wrecked in front of me, I slammed on the brakes and went right, fortunately no one was there and I didn't get rear ended. I feel lucky to have survived in one piece! A video of how big my eyes got when I saw the Fabcar would be interesting! I'm glad no one was hurt. The cars involved didn't fair so well, all substaintially damaged. I would like to see exactly what happend.

Yes, that was me, and unfortunately #25 could not avoid me and it ended in a head on collision. I had a suspension failure, as verified by the sound on my video and inspection by the scrutineers (no 13), and it looks like the tub is a total loss. I apologized to the driver of the other car for this latest episode of what has to be the most epic run of bad luck in the history of club racing.

Damn Frank. I agree. You have had a really bad run. Sean F. is a contender for the Epic Run of Bad Luck Award too. But certainly more crash damage to your poor car. I hope you can put her back together (again). Sorry man.

I was lucky. You went to the inside and there was no reason for me to stay tight to the inside so I drifted 1-2' left to try and get a better run through 7(?). That 2 feet made all the difference for me.

I suspected it was mechanical. The lockup was too quick and too violent.

Right rear sway bar mount weld failed.

Hunt, can you use some your voodoo mojo (demonstrated in the Summit Point thread) to good use and banish my curse?
