I'll try to put my point in simple terms. If I sell something to a customer and collect the money in advance, but then change the product he bought before I deliver it, he should have the right to a refund regardless if I think it's better or worse for him.

Totally makes sense.

Let's all wait and see how many guys run the enduro and then we'll talk about whether or not we got the value we anticipated when we put our money down.

I have a car and will be there.
However, I haven't read this thread or understand what everyone is talking about with the extra sprint but want to state that I am against whatever Scott and Hunt said.
I'll figure out what that means later

I bet the number of people who ran last year's Summit enduro was pretty low too. Sh*t I still remember all the bitching and whining about the "condition of the track."
People love to find an excuse to go home early. It appears some of you have found that very excuse (too many races!) before the racing has even started!

I had the same dilemna at Thunderbolt, and I think PCA needs to have a look at this.
I wanted to run the enduro, but had no way to know if I'd have anything left after three sprint races (plus practice & qualifying).
There's no refund if you bail, but I also found out that they'd likely take me as a last minute entry.
Sure enough, by enduro time, I was shot, so I packed it in, nothing lost. Had I paid I'd have been out.
At least with NASA, if you don't take to the track, you get refunded. And you've got two weeks to do it.
